This is the most important gathering of experts in trade in services in the world.  This event is being hosted in 2007 by the City of Bogotá, making this the first time the Congress takes place in the developing world.  Hence, this is a unique opportunity to set forth a series of recommendations and opinions to improve the positive impact of the service sector on developing economies.

Between June 20th and 22nd, all attendants shall have the opportunity to push the envelope of the current understanding of world trade in services, while making business contacts and identifying opportunities.
